Registration

People interested in participating in the Second NeEDS Modeling Week should register as soon as possible but no later than December 10, 2019. Registration will be confirmed; preference will be given to Master students, Ph.D. students, and junior researchers (like post-doctoral students).

Participation at the Second NeEDS Modeling Week does not require any registration fee.

Participants with confirmed registration will have access to:

- Coffee breaks and lunch during the event (January 6, 2020 to January 11, 2020)

- Office space to work during the event

- Documentation provided for the respective modeling problem

Registration does not include:

- Travel to/from Santiago

- Transportation during the event

- Lodging

Participants in each of the working groups must sign a confidentiality agreement.

The Universidad de Chile will deliver a certificate of attendance for participants. In particular, the work of students will be recognized as equivalent to 3 ECTS for students who will participate and submit a final report.
